How quickly are orders shipped?

E-commerce orders are guaranteed to ship within 48 hours but usually ship within 24 hours. Wholesale orders are guaranteed to ship within 72 hours but usually ship within 48 hours. FBA orders ship in compliance with Amazon shipping standards.

Is a tracking number provided for each of my orders?

Yes. Once the fulfillment of an order is complete, it’ll be updated to “shipped” status. Your customer will be notified via email of the tracking information.

What shipping services service does Zip Ship use?

We offer shipping services with many of the major carrier services including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. Same-day delivery is also available in select markets.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re happy to ship internationally. Our competitive rates allow you to pass the savings to your customers.

What are the costs associated with Zip Ship?

Setting up an account to sync your online store with Zip Ship is always free. We also offer affordable rates for product storage and shipping services. For additional or customized services, we offer competitive pricing that’s easy on the budget.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

Not at all. While many of our clients enjoy long-term relationships, they’re not required. Our month-to-month agreements allow you to tailor the services you receive to keep up with changing markets and trends.

What integrations do you support?

Because we use the latest technology, linking to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, and BigCommerce is seamless. We also offer FBA (fulfillment by Amazon) preparation services if you ship with Amazon. In addition, we are EDI-compliant and capable of integrating with any big-box retailer such as Walmart or Target.

We have partnerships with a large network of warehouses across the southeastern United States. Our primary warehouse is located in Atlanta, Georgia. Contact our friendly team for details.

Can I view my inventory at anytime?

Absolutely. Because we use a cloud-based order fulfillment system, you’re free to view your inventory from any location that has an internet connection.

We package your orders according to your specifications. For more information, call your dedicated account representative to discuss the details and to create a customized packaging solution for your needs.

Do you provide wholesale fulfillment?

Yes. Whether you need direct-to-customer or wholesale fulfillment, we process orders using the available inventory you keep at our warehouse locations.

Absolutely. Our sophisticated software allows us to process order returns quickly and efficiently.

We value your business and strive to provide outstanding services. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may cancel at any time. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns and Refunds

To return an item, please email customer service at info@zipshipusa.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the return form that’s provided.  Mail your return to the following address:

Please note: Customer (you) is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. Zip Ship is not responsible for items lost in the mail.

Refunds: Upon receiving your return shipment and after inspecting the condition of the item, we’ll process your request. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your request for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. We’ll notify you by email when your return process is complete.
